National Nuclear Medicine Manager

This is a travel-intensive, field-based role requiring approximately 60–80% travel. Candidates must be comfortable spending a significant portion of their time on the road, working across multiple states and healthcare environments. Residence within one hour of a major airport is required. This role requires monthly in-person meetings at our Tequesta, FL office. Candidates should be located within a reasonable travel distance to support this requirement.
We are seeking a Nuclear Medicine professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is excited by the opportunity to work across diverse clinical sites while building strong relationships with hospital partners.
This role is ideal for an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist who is looking to move beyond a traditional, single-site position and take on broader responsibility across clinical operations, site development, and client engagement.
Position Overview
The National Nuclear Medicine Manager will support clinical coverage, manage site operations, assist with new program implementations, and build strong relationships with hospital partners. This individual will play a key role in ensuring operational consistency and supporting the growth of imaging services across assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Coverage & Support
- Provide Nuclear Medicine coverage across multiple sites as needed
- Ensure high-quality imaging and adherence to clinical protocols
- Support site teams in maintaining efficient workflows and patient care standards
Operations & Site Management
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned sites, supporting day-to-day operational needs
- Identify and help resolve workflow, staffing, or process challenges
- Promote consistency and best practices across multiple locations
Project Management & New Site Development
- Support new site launches, including equipment installations and program setup
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and site leadership to ensure smooth implementation
- Assist in preparing sites for go-live and early-stage operations
Client Relationships & Growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, physicians, and staff
- Identify opportunities to expand services or improve utilization
- Support long-term client retention and partnership development
Qualifications
- Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT or ARRT-N)
- 3–7+ years of clinical Nuclear Medicine experience
- Willingness to travel 60–80% of the time
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites and environments
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Interest in RLT/Theranostics
- Ability to communicate on various imaging modalities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cardiac nuclear imaging and/or PET
- Exposure to multi-site operations or mobile imaging
- Experience supporting new program implementations or equipment installs
