Who we Are
HeartCare Imaging was formed with the philosophy of strict physician advocacy. It is our goal to assist physicians in providing high quality care through state of the art technology.

The HCI Team
Our team brings decades of experience in the field of diagnostic testing to you, HeartCare Imaging’s customer. The experience embodied in HCI’s management team and HCI’s technologists combined with HCI’s commitment to excellent care and excellent service provides unparalleled results for you and your patients.
Bob Stilley, CEO

Robert J. Stilley
President and CEO
 
"Bob" Stilley has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of HeartCare Imaging, Inc. since its inception in 1998 bringing over twenty years experience in the Diagnostic Imaging and Cardiology Industries to HCI. In prior tenure, Bob was an original partner in Summit World Trade. Mr. Stilley was with Summit from 1986 to 1998 and was instrumental in Summit's successful joint ventures with Hitachi Medical Systems of Japan and SMV of Buc, France. These joint venture companies revolutionized the diagnostic imaging marketplace through the introduction of products like 'Open' MRI. His tenure at Summit included roles as Vice President and President of various Summit Companies. Mr. Stilley is a member of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, the Society of Nuclear Medicine and a founding member of the Society of Cardiovascular Computed Technology. Mr. Stilley is a past president of the Martin County Council of 100. Bob was appointed by the Governor of FL and is currently serving on the Board of Trustees of Florida Atlantic University. He is also active in volunteer work as a coach for local sports teams and is a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church Finance Committee. Bob received his degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Bob brings his success, in every aspect of business development and management, to the Diagnostic Imaging business of HCI, ensuring customer expectations will be exceeded.



Mary-Lynn Magar
Vice-President and General Mgr.

Mary-Lynn’s background brings a depth of business experience to HCI along with considerable Sales and Marketing success. As the Southeastern and Government Sales Manager for Alps Electric, Mary-Lynn implemented GSA Sales, Large Federal Government Contracts, and set up a reseller channel for Computer Peripheral Products. With FreBon Corporation and later Net2000, Mary-Lynn was the Regional Director negotiating State Contracts within the SE to implement Distance Learning and Visual Conferencing Solutions.


Neil Weber
Business Development

Neil has over thirty years of experience in all phases of business as Owner, Vice President, Director and Consultant in both entrepreneurial and corporate environments. Neil served as Director, US Marketing for Mitel, Inc. in Boca Raton, FL. and administered a six million dollar budget in support of one hundred million dollars in revenue. Neil also served with MCI and in his role as National Account Mgr. grew revenue 45%. In his role as Director, Business Development, FreBon International, Neil was on the team responsible for FreBon’s success in obtaining eight State video equipment and service contracts as well as other phases of FreBon’s business development prior to its sale to Net2000. Neil joined Net2000 as an Independent Consultant helping craft their penetration into the Florida Video Education system.


Technologists
In-depth experience in Nuclear Medicine

HCI Technologists average more than ten years experience working with Nuclear Medicine. Many have held department managerial positions and all have held staff positions in Health Care facilities providing diagnostic Nuclear Medicine capabilities. HCI is an advocate of continued education and provides opportunities for our Technologists to attend regional and national meetings that provide technology and procedure updates.

They have experience in staffing, billing, scheduling, quality control and are intimately familiar with State and Federal compliance requirements.

Our staff understands and manages the day-to-day operations of the lab to ensure the patient’s needs and expectations are exceeded while satisfying the goals of the practice.
All hold degrees in Nuclear Medicine from accredited institutions.
